Find a heavy a heavy 1 rep
then complete 10 x 1 at 80-90%* 

*Alternate drop sets with bent over barbell rows, underhand grip 10 x 6 reps

Conditioning:

Partner WOD
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Deadlift 80/55
Box Jumps 24'/20'

*While Partner 1 works through 10 Deadlift, 10 Box Jumps, Partner 2 holds a plank then swap.
**Even numbers plank hold, odd numbers wall squat hold
