Move up in weight each set.

B:
Clean Deadlift to 2inch off the ground (pause for 2 seconds) + Clean + Jerk: (2+1+1) x 6 @ 70% of best clean and jerk,
Clean Deadlift to 2icnh off the ground (pause for 2 seconds) + Clean + Jerk: (1+1+1) x 4 @ 75% of best clean and jerk.
