Work up to a heavy 2 reps, emphasis is on technique.
Then complete 6 x 2 @ 90% 

Push Press
Work to a heavy 5 x 5

Overhead Squat
10 EMOM
2 reps with 3sec pause in the bottom
build to a weight over the first 5min hold this across for the following 5min
