Strength:
Power Clean
Build to a heavy 3 reps
Then drop down and complete 5 x 3 @ 80-90% (or where you can maintain perfect technique)

Alternate drop down sets with:
Strict Pull-ups 5 x 8-10 reps


Conditioning:
20min AMRAP
10 TTB
10 Deadlift 80/55
