Why have you chosen this charity?

My Father and 3 grandparents have all had strokes – it’s devastating, it strikes all ages and can change lives instantly.

Why is CrossFit your preferred method of training? 

It’s intense, it’s challenging and I’m never bored. I love seeing the things that my body is capable of doing and the changes in my physique. I feel strong, empowered and so proud of my accomplishments.

Tell us what you enjoy most about training at NthSide?

The team at NthSide are amazing and so dedicated - they motivate, are attentive and have an incredible knowledge of movement, mobility, physiology and nutrition. They have created a wonderful environment where everyone is welcome and encouraged to achieve their personal best.

The people that I have met at NthSide are all so supportive and the community is one of the many things that keeps me coming back day after day. I couldn’t imagine my life without NthSide!
