NthSide Fitness is home to Northside CrossFit.
The NthSide Fitness Strength and Conditioning program focuses on functional fitness that incorporates everyday movements with different load capacities and time requirements. NthSide Fitness stimulates the body's metabolic and cardiovascular system to increase heart and overall health.
During a training cycle, most sessions will follow the traditional & effective structure of a strength session followed by a conditioning workout. There will also be classes with a focus on fine-tuning a specific area (strength/gymnastics/aerobic capacity).
All movements & workouts can be modified to accommodate injuries or levels of experience.

This class combines distance running, sprinting and bodyweight movements into a challenging program that will truly test your endurance.
Our coaches will assist participants with running form and technique, designed to make them faster and safer as well as preparation and recovery. NthSide Endurance is the perfect class for our members who want to test their fitness and raise their level of conditioning.
It's no secret that Olympic Weightlifting plays a huge part in CrossFit.
The Snatch and The Clean & Jerk are like a golf swing: they are complex, challenging and we can always do more to perfect them.
This is where The NthSide Barbell Club comes in. During this 60 minute class, you'll learn the intricacies of these lifts. You'll get special attention to improve your technique and form while you gain both mobility and stability. This class is suitable for both beginners and advance athletes

At NthSide, our coaches have a rich body of knowledge, each coach has a comprehensive understanding of different aspects of fitness.
That means our members can train and get better in any area of fitness. Our coaches also provide a range of services including: a complete movement and strength assessment, nutritional coaching, goal setting, video analysis and email support.
Our members choose private personal training for a variety of reasons. Some of them choose to come once, or for a specific number of sessions, and some come every day. Regardless of how many times you train, 1-on-1 sessions have their advantages including: workouts to be tailored specifically for you, develop greater accountability, build new skill sets, set and achieve goals and work within your schedule.
